Adanna is a qualified coach, writer and a wellness advocate. She uses Therapeutic Writing to demonstrate how awareness of your internal stories can improve your confidence and wellbeing and empower you to live life on your own terms.
Adanna draws on two decades of specialising in language and identity; 12 years' experience as a qualified English teacher; and a personal commitment to promoting holistic wellness. She is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to share the power of language to create greater personal and professional fulfilment, deeper social impact and long-lasting collective wellbeing.
I use Therapeutic Writing as my main approach, combining it with Neuroscience and Positive Psychology for a head and hear approach that promotes personal growth, fulfilment and wellbeing.
Clients often describe my combination of creativity and science as 'gentle' and 'healing' whilst also being 'powerful' and supporting long-term change.
The core pillars than run through all of my work are: Identity (owning and accepting your whole self), Voice (owning/telling your story and speaking your truth) and Connection (having a healthy relationship with yourself and others).
