In my sessions, Yoga, Meditation, Astrology, Tarot Detox programs and Nutritional coaching combine to unlock new pathways to physical emotional and spiritual well-being.

I experience and teach physical yoga asanas as all having a grounding (the base or body part that roots to the earth), a power center (energy source to focus your breath - heart & core centers) & and a transformation space (lengthening and going deeper in a way pose). This is applied in Intuitive Vinyasa style power flows, Slow Flow Yin sessions as well as Private Therapeutic classes focused on healing specific issues.
