I teach love through the power of touch, movement and presence for parents and babies.

Infant mental health is everyone's mental health and what we do at the beginning creates our future society. I believe all babies need to be seen, heard and feel they belong and this means parents do too.

I have been teaching my practitioners to hold safe spaces for parents and babies to help build connection and community. During COVID we also introduced the benefits of being in nature into new classes -  Tree Babies which harnesses the power of baby wearing, forest bathing, gratitude and nature based creative exercises.
