This work is called Practical Magic, because I blend the strategy with the spiritual.

My belief is that when we are connected mind, body & heart we can be plugged into the power and potential of what we are here to do, be and how we show up in the world.

My practices are both practical coaching, and embodied somatic expression combined with connecting to deep creativity through subconscious re-programming work.

As a Qoya teacher, and Qoya teacher trainer, the embodiment of our lived experience is where we can tune in to the full essence of ourselves through connecting to body wisdom.
