She holds wisdom in various healing modalities such as Maya abdominal & womb massage, plant medicine ceremony facilitation, Tantric Yoga, & embodiment modalities. Lauren has traveled the world, learning from the land & from elders as inspirational medicine for creating new paradigms. At Embodied Ecstasy we stand for the liberation & affirmation of our wild sexual nature, and sensual selves. Where the body is loved and enjoyed in animalistic bliss, and freed from all shame.
We guide others to learn how to surrender to the intelligence of the body, dance with the pulse of Eros, and live in harmony with the natural cycles. This allows feeling to become our greatest superpower. Every woman, and womb bearer carries a primal force within her that lies buried in the deepest, most unexplored parts of her feminine essence. Embodied Ecstasy is where we can touch this source of primal feminine energy, and integrate it into our modern lives.
