My approach is body oriented therapy, experiential anatomist and embodiment, applied into the field of somatic movement, Native American wisdom, Cacao Ceremony, dance, Yoga and Pilates.

As a movement therapist my aim is to inspire you to feel and map your inner anatomical world and teach from the wisdom of your own body, to hone a meditative somatic awareness, giving you access to learn your body from the inside-out through physical explorations and playfulness. As an Indigenous woman my aim is to spread the wisdom of my Grandfathers and Grandmothers, our elders.
