Hello! I'm a creative coach and space-holder who supports people to live more joyful lives, access their creativity, kick-start on projects that light them up and quit the things that don't.
Following my own joy has led me to run leadership workshops at Google using the ukulele, run a successful comedy night and DJ at Glastonbury. As a TEDx Speaker, podcaster and writer I talk about Quitting and being a Multi-Passionate 'Carouseller' and have created my own frameworks, which have been shared all over the world
My alter ego Sarah Moany runs a CoMOONity of 80+ who gather every new and full moon to set intentions.
